My V4 Pro remains frozen on a red status LED
Symptoms
When I turn on my Cambox, it initializes as expected (white LED upon starting), but then it remains frozen on the red status LED. The camera is not responsive when I press any button.
Cause
The SD card that you use in your Cambox V4 Pro must be in an ExFAT format. If it is set in another format such as FAT32 (by default for any card with a capacity up to 32Gb included), then the camera can remain frozen on the red status LED.
Solution
In order to restore the normal behavior of your camera, you can format the SD card into ExFAT. Here is some links to guide you through the steps :
